Chloe Hill

Dr. Chloe Hill is the Foundation’s Strategic Content Advisor for the Finance for Nature Positive Programme, where her primary role is to build the programme’s narrative and thought leadership, as well as shape its positioning and visibility to boost engagement and framework uptake among financial institutions. With a PhD in sustainable development and 20 + years of applied experience working internationally at the intersection of innovation strategy, communications, futures thinking and sustainability, Chloe brings a unique blend of skills and expertise to her new role at the Foundation. Previously, Chloe has consulted both internally and externally for a range of different organisations, including United Nations agencies, the Secretariat of the Convention on Biological Diversity, the World Bank, the Dutch Environment Agency, the European Commission, as well as various International NGOs, and sustainability-driven start-ups and SMEs.
