Arthur started working in the financial industry in 2006 and joined Achmea IM in 2019. Arthur’s areas of expertise include nature and biodiversity but also human rights and labour standards. Since 2020 he has been involved in investor engagement on plastic packaging and waste, biodiversity risks in food and agriculture and labour rights in global supply chains. From 2021 to end 2024, Arthur was co-chair of the engagement working group of the Finance for Biodiversity Foundation. More recently he also worked on biodiversity impact analysis and measurement. Arthur obtained his economics degree from Utrecht University.
