Clinton Adas is a Director in Investment Stewardship and is the Global Stewardship Lead for Biodiversity at HSBC Asset Management. His focus on biodiversity includes researching and analysing companies, engaging, and voting. He is a member of numerous working groups of the Finance for Biodiversity Foundation, co-chairs the Engagement with Companies working group, and is a member of the Technical Advisory Group of Nature Action 100. He also participates in collaborative initiatives focused on biodiversity including those of FAIRR and Nature Action 100. He holds a BA from Stellenbosch University, a LLB from University College London, and a LLM in Environmental Law from Queen Mary University of London. He is a fellow of the Zoological Society of London.
