Åsa Norman is Head of Sustainability at Andra AP-fonden (AP2), one of Sweden’s national pension buffer funds. With a background spanning sustainable finance, equity analysis, sustainability advisory, and civil society, she has worked for more than two decades at the intersection of investment and sustainability. She has been actively involved in initiatives including Finance Sector Deforestation Action, the Investor Policy Dialogue on Deforestation (IPDD), and Nature Action 100. AP2 was among the first institutional investors to report in line with TNFD.
Through her board role, she aims to contribute practical investor perspectives, strategic collaboration, and experience in translating biodiversity ambition into investment practice and real-world impact.
