22 October | 11:15 – 12:15
HOST: CDC Biodiversité, PBAF
VENUE: Netherlands Pavilion, Blue Zone – Yerevan, Armenia
FORMAT: Panel
DESCRIPTION
This one-hour panel discussion brings together leading voices from international initiatives, the financial sector, and biodiversity science to address two pressing questions: (i) how can banks move beyond simple qualitative screening of ecosystem services dependencies towards genuinely actionable assessment of biodiversity physical risks — assessments that are useful not only to risk teams (risk models/pricing) but also to client-facing teams? And (ii) how can banks then move from risk assessment towards new products and transition-related opportunities?
