Governance
The Board
The Finance for Biodiversity Foundation is governed by a Board, currently composed of Anita de Horde and Anne-Marie Bor. The Board oversees the Foundation’s activities and ensures alignment with its mission.
The Advisory Board
To further strengthen its governance, the Foundation established an Advisory Board in April 2022. The Advisory Board’s role is to advise the Board on executive strategy and ensure progress against the Pledge commitments.
The Advisory Board consists of 12 representatives from financial institutions who are members of the Foundation.
