The Forestry, Paper & Packaging sector accounts for approximately 2% of total biodiversity impacts among companies in the MSCI World Index, making it the sixteenth highest-impact sector on biodiversity.

As demand for forestry, pulp and paper products continues to grow and plastic packaging poses increasing environmental challenges, informed investor engagement is critical to reducing impacts on land, water, emissions and waste and supporting a sustainable sector transition.
