Nature on the agenda at London Climate Action Week 2026

Biodiversity and nature are no longer niche topics. This year at London Climate Action Week, they are receiving even greater attention, with leaders from business, policy, finance, and civil society coming together to explore solutions and accelerate action on both climate and nature.

Here, you can find some of the key nature-focused events relevant for investors taking place throughout the week (all public events subject to availability).

 

Finance for Biodiversity In-Person Members Meeting 2026 (Friday 26 June) 

Kindly hosted by HSBC, our annual in-person meeting is a key opportunity each year for members to come together face-to-face. It plays a vital role in strengthening our community, aligning on priorities, and accelerating collective action to halt and reverse nature loss. It’s a moment for our members to connect, share experiences, participate in interactive workshops and explore the latest developments in biodiversity finance.

Climate Innovation Forum (Monday 22 June) 

The Climate Innovation Forum’s high-level programme convenes climate leaders and innovators to accelerate action and close gaps in implementation, investment and innovation between COPs during London Climate Action Week. TFFF Event for Investors (Tuesday 23 June) 

Following our recent Inside the TFFF: An exclusive investor convening hosted by The Government of the Netherlands, Finance for Biodiversity Foundation, Robeco and WWF Netherlands, the start of the recruitment phase for the TFFF Rotterdam investor statement of support will be announced during London Climate Action Week at an event hosted by Barclays at The Conduit.

UNEP FI Global Roundtable 2026 (Tuesday 23– Thursday 25 June) 

UNEP FI is bringing the 19th edition of the Global Roundtable on Sustainable Finance (GRT) to London 23–25 June 2026, to host one of the UN’s largest sustainable finance-focused events alongside London Climate Action Week. Held in collaboration with the Green Finance Institute, this year’s theme, ‘From Risk to Resilience: Financing the Future’, reflects the growing need across the financial industry to respond to global challenges with vision and leadership for a resilient future.

World Climate Investment Summit – Nature Investment Coalition (Thursday 25 June) 

Co-organised with London Stock Exchange Group, the summit will discuss biodiversity risk, nature markets, regenerative supply chains, and investment opportunities that support a resilient transition economy.

IIGCC Summit 2026 (Tuesday 22 June) 

Explore climate and investment priorities in an increasingly complex geopolitical landscape, including dedicated discussions on financing nature, resilience, and systems stewardship.

Bridging the Finance Gap – How Insurance is De-risking Nature and Unlocking Investment (Wednesday 23 June) 

SCOR and AXA, alongside Aon and NatureRe are hosting a breakfast event dedicated to new insurance solutions to derisk investments in nature restoration. The event is planned on Tuesday 23rd June at SCOR’s offices in London, as part of the London Climate Action Week events programme.

Reset Connect London (Tuesday 23 – Wednesday 24 June) 

Nature-focused sessions include: “Investing in Nature with Confidence: EvidenceLed Solutions for Climate and Biodiversity” and “Resilience Inbuilt: The Investment Case for Protecting Built Infrastructure with Nature-Based Solutions”, alongside discussions on sustainable food systems, reforestation, and nature-positive infrastructure.

Blue Earth Forum Sessions (Tuesday 23 – Thursday 25 June) 

Blue Earth Sessions bring together some of the UK’s leading brands during London Climate Action Week to showcase innovative thinking, sustainable business solutions, and investment opportunities. Over three days in London, our Session Partners will deliver engaging workshops, roundtables, and high-level networking. 

Amongst other topics, there will be sessions on new research on closing the UK’s nature finance gap and investment opportunities across the food system.

Nature and Disclosure Events hosted by TNFD (throughout the week) 

TNFD will contribute to multiple conversations on integrating nature-related considerations into business and financial decision-making, including nature opportunity and resilience as well as new sector guidance and practical tools.
