Welcomimg two new members to the Advisory Board

We are delighted to welcome two new members to the FfB Foundation’s Advisory Board as of September 2026, which meets three times a year to discuss the strategic direction, governance and decisions of the FfB Foundation.

Åsa Norman, Head of Communication and Sustainability at Andra AP-fonden (AP2) brings deep experience in sustainability strategy within institutional investment, including work on climate and nature-related reporting frameworks.

Andrew Howard, Global Head of Sustainable Investment at Schroders (Asset Manager, UK), has led sustainable investment research and strategy at Schroders for over a decade, shaping the firm’s approach to integrating sustainability insights into its investments.

As members of the Advisory Board, Åsa and Andrew will contribute their expertise to guiding FfB Foundation’s strategic direction and supporting the Foundation’s governance, together with Mary Beth Gallagher (Domini Impact Investments), Arthur van Mansvelt (Achmea IM), Cathrine de Connink-Lopez (HSBC GAM), Emine Isciel (Storebrand AM) and Jean-François Coppenolle (Aéma Groupe).

We’d also like to thank Sonya Likhtman (Federated Hermes Ltd), Jenn-Hui Tan (Fidelity International), Dimitrios Dimopoulos (Piraeus Financial Holdings), Michèle Lacroix (SCOR SE) and Peter van der Werf (Robeco), who served on the Advisory Board from April 2022 to April 2026, for their valuable contributions and dedication to the Foundation’s mission.

To give FfB members the opportunity to contribute to the Foundation’s strategic discussions, Advisory Board appointments are reviewed after two years. At that point, the position will be reopened to interested members. Existing Advisory Board members may continue in their role, subject to mutual agreement.
