The Finance for Biodiversity Foundation published its first annual report after a year it was founded. The report covers the activities period from the launch of the Finance for Biodiversity Pledge in September 2020, to the end of the year 2021.
The aim of this Guidance document is to support the implementation of the five commitments by the financial institutions that have signed the Finance for Biodiversity Pledge. It includes a definition of biodiversity and biodiversity risk for the financial sector. Furthermore, for each commitment, it describes the key resources, and provides examples and practical ideas from the financial institutions that have already signed the Pledge.
